The final Digital Britain report was published earlier this month by Lord Carter, the Communications Minister, outlining the government’s vision to secure the UK’s position at the forefront of the global digital economy.  The report contains actions and recommendations to ensure first rate digital and communications infrastructure to promote and protect talent and innovation in our creative industries, to modernise TV and radio frameworks, and support local news.  It also introduces policies to maximise the social and economic benefits from digital technologies.  To find out how this report will affect different sectors within the media, please click on the image below.
